First class questions
Do I need experience?
No. Most classes are beginner friendly, and every instructor offers ways to scale the work up or down.
What should I bring?
Water and comfortable clothes you can move in. Mats are available at the studio.
Is there parking?
Yes. If you need help finding the studio or parking, call (703) 419 3264.
How do I book?
Create your free account, buy a pass in our online store, then book your spot on the schedule. Events book through Eventbrite.
Is there a deal for new students?
Yes. New clients get any 3 classes for $39, used within 30 days of the first class. Find it in our online store.
What is the cancel policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before class. Late cancels and no shows use up the class.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every new client signs our liability waiver online when they create an account. Parents sign for kids under 18.
Where do I sign up for Little Legends?
Little Legends is a preschool program by This Mom-ish. Registration lives on littlelegendsdance.com.
